Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimise high‑performing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Lead full‑funnel strategy including prospecting, retargeting, and landing page optimisation.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and refine ad content.
  • Own reporting, analysis, and budget management across UK and US territories.
  • Ensure profitability of campaigns despite low AOV and minimal repeat purchase behaviour.
Requirements
  • Proven track record managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong grasp of paid social fundamentals including attribution, budget pacing, and funnel strategy.
