Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead paid media strategy for premium e-commerce clients from initial planning through to execution and optimisation.
  • Analyse commercial performance including CAC, LTV and broader business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, leading strategic conversations, reporting and QBRs.
  • Mentor and develop Senior Paid Media Managers and Executives to raise overall team performance.
  • Drive cross-channel paid media performance across Meta and Paid Search campaigns.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years’ professional experience managing Meta paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search and broader multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands, ideally within premium or high-consideration sectors.
  • Ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience interpreting attribution, incrementality and performance measurement data.
