A growing eCommerce agency is looking for a Head of Retention to lead and scale its email and lifecycle marketing offering! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, build a team, and drive real revenue growth across exciting eCommerce brands.
You’ll work closely with ambitious clients across DTC, retail, and lifestyle sectors, delivering impactful retention strategies and helping shape the future of the department. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, progression, and building something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and grow the email and lifecycle marketing function
- Deliver retention strategies, campaigns, and automation flows for ecommerce clients
- Build and manage a high-performing retention team
- Develop strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Use performance data to optimise campaigns and drive revenue growth
- 5+ years’ experience in email marketing and CRM
- Previous team management experience
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms
- Experience working with ecommerce, DTC, or retail brands
- Confident presenting strategy and insights to stakeholders
