Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional POD (media buyers, creatives, account managers) to drive strategic growth for multiple e-commerce brands.
  • Develop 12-month growth roadmaps aligned to client KPIs across revenue, CAC, and acquisition targets.
  • Analyse performance data to inform creative direction, media strategy, and optimisation efforts.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing regular insights and growth recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and drive long-term success.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align creative with performance strategy.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers, acquisition channels, and landing page optimisation.
  • High proficiency with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, and performance analytics platforms.
