Key Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional POD (media buyers, creatives, account managers) to drive strategic growth for multiple e-commerce brands.
- Develop 12-month growth roadmaps aligned to client KPIs across revenue, CAC, and acquisition targets.
- Analyse performance data to inform creative direction, media strategy, and optimisation efforts.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing regular insights and growth recommendations.
- Ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and drive long-term success.
- 3 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align creative with performance strategy.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers, acquisition channels, and landing page optimisation.
- High proficiency with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, and performance analytics platforms.
