A growing eCommerce agency is looking for a Head of Retention to lead and scale its email and lifecycle marketing offering! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, build a team, and drive real revenue growth across exciting eCommerce brands. You’ll work closely with ambitious clients across DTC, retail, and lifestyle sectors, delivering impactful retention strategies and helping shape the future of the department.
