Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
- Drive profitable campaign performance through testing, analysis and data-led optimisation.
- Lead creative strategy, including testing roadmaps and direct-response ad copy.
- Build strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities through account development and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency or similar environment.
- Strong background working with DTC eCommerce brands.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad spend of £30k–£50k+.
- Hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with knowledge of other major paid social platforms.
