Key Responsibilities:- Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok for key client accounts
- Manage and develop a small team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support

- Identify performance gaps and implement testing and optimisation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive full-funnel growth
