We are working with a rapidly growing logistics provider specialising in cross-border eCommerce solutions. They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in international logistics, fulfilment, and eCommerce operations.
This is a fully remote, UK-based role ideal for a self-starter with in-depth industry knowledge and a passion for helping online retailers expand globally. Only applicants with experience in cross-border eCommerce logistics will be considered.
The Role
- You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities in the cross-border eCommerce space.
- This includes self-sourcing leads, managing a healthy pipeline, and presenting tailored logistics solutions to senior decision-makers at eCommerce brands and online retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new cross-border logistics clients in the eCommerce sector.
- Generate your own leads and qualify prospects based on fit and potential.
- Present complex logistics solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately manage all pipeline activity using CRM software (Freshsales).
Requirements
- Direct experience in cross-border eCommerce logistics (essential).
- Understanding of international fulfilment, customs, shipping, and last-mile delivery.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in eCommerce brands.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Performance Expectations
- New Business Revenue £1.5m per annum.
- Selling Days 4 per week (1 admin day).
