We are seeking an experienced Quality Decorator to support our continued growth across London and the surrounding counties.

Role Overview
/n
The successful candidate will undertake high-quality decorating works as part of insurance restoration projects. This includes painting, wallpaper hanging, and surface preparation within occupied private homes. A professional, considerate approach is essential, as the role involves working closely with homeowners during challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Carry out internal and external decorating to a consistently high standard
/n
- Undertake wallpaper hanging and all associated preparation works
/n
- Work independently on reinstatement projects following property damage
/n
- Maintain accurate communication with clients, surveyors, and project managers
/n
- Ensure compliance with Cantily Restoration's quality, safety, and conduct standards
/n
/n
Essential Requirements
/n
/n
- Proven experience as a decorator, including wallpapering
/n
- Full UK driving licence
/n
- Valid CSCS card
/n
- Own tools and equipment
/n
- Ability to work professionally in occupied residential environments
/n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
/n
/n
Preferable
/n
/n
- Own van
/n
- Experience within insurance reinstatement or heritage-influenced environments
/n
/n
