As a senior leader within the organisation, you will shape and deliver our vision of connecting people with nature, inspiring young people, schools and communities to understand, value and care for the natural world. Combining strategic leadership with practical delivery, you will oversee a high-quality programme of learning and youth engagement, including both site-based and outreach activities. A key focus of the role will be developing accessible, engaging and hands-on learning experiences, particularly for school-aged children, while supporting learning and development opportunities for people of all ages. You will lead work with schools, young people and those who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), ensuring our programmes are inclusive, impactful and responsive to community needs.
