The Role
- Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion and proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions.
- Liaise with all parties: buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers.
- Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process.
- Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively.
