DL M&E Building Services Ltd is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer to join us on a major commercial office refurbishment project in Cardiff starting in March.
With 55+ hours available per week, this role offers strong earning potential from day one. Following completion of this 6-month project, we have a strong pipeline of work across the UK, offering consistent contracts and genuine long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out high-quality electrical testing, inspection and certification on commercial installations
- Working safely and efficiently in live environments
- Acting as Electrical Authorised Person (AP) where required (isolations, permits, safe systems of work)
- Producing clear and professional certification reports
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2392 – Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition (2382-18, Amendment 3)
- ECS Gold Card
- Proven experience in commercial electrical testing and inspection
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
