Executive Assistant / Office Manager Excelsior Group Limited is a growing, family-run principal contractor delivering residential schemes across the Midlands and South East, typically ranging from £6m–£25m.

We specialise in low-carbon construction and MMC, with a focus on building high-quality homes efficiently, responsibly and with the lowest possible environmental impact.

With an exciting portfolio of live projects and a strong pipeline ahead, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our close-knit team.

This is a key role at the heart of the business, working directly with the owners and senior management team.

We’re looking for someone who will stay one step ahead and can be trusted to take ownership.

As the role develops, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own support team, starting with recruiting an assistant to work alongside you.

You’ll be bright, highly organised and proactive, with the confidence to make decisions, solve problems and keep things moving without needing to be asked.
