Job Title: Buyer (Construction) Location: Near Bedford MK43 Excelsior Group Limited is a growing, family-run principal contractor delivering residential schemes across the Midlands and South East, typically ranging from £6m–£25m. We specialise in low-carbon construction and MMC, with a focus on building high-quality homes efficiently, responsibly and with the lowest possible environmental impact. With an exciting portfolio of live projects and a strong pipeline ahead, we’re looking for an experienced Buyer to join our close-knit team. As a hands-on business, you’ll work directly with senior management, take real ownership of procurement and play an important role in how our projects are delivered. We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, organised and proactive, who knows construction procurement and wants to make a difference. Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience The Role You’ll take ownership of procurement across our residential projects and be part of the Commercial team keeping projects on budget and on programme.
