The Parts and Warranty Manager Role:

You will be directly responsible for managing the day to day running of the department including trade parts sales, internal retail customers sales, and workshop supply. This is a busy position within our busy aftersales department and will ideally suit someone who has previously gained exposure in a main dealer environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Department reviews and management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Staff development.
  • Ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
  • Warranty Administration.
