The Opportunity:
You’ll play a key role in the smooth and efficient delivery of our apprenticeship programmes, developing expertise in apprenticeship digital systems while supporting our Compliance Lead and wider team. You’ll help manage the onboarding of apprentices, maintain accurate learner records and ensure processes are completed efficiently and compliantly. You’ll also run live online enrolment meetings, welcoming apprentices onto their programmes and answering questions from learners and employers. It’s a varied role where you’ll support apprentices throughout their learner journey while making sure the important details behind the scenes are always taken care of.
About You:
- Experience in administration or a similar education / training administration role, ideally within apprenticeships.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills when working with employers, learners and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, ideally including Google Workspace and other office software.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- A commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and high-quality service delivery.
- A calm, self-motivated and team-focused attitude.
- Previous apprenticeship experience would be particularly valuable, but we’re also interested in candidates with relevant transferable administration experience within education or training.
