The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of our global commercial function, helping drive the next stage of growth across international markets. This is a broad commercial leadership role with influence extending far beyond traditional sales management. You'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, leading major tenders and helping shape the long-term direction of the business. Working closely with teams across sales, brand and design, you'll play a key role in transforming opportunities into commercially successful partnerships and customer experiences. You'll lead a small but experienced team, whilst acting as a key member of the senior leadership group, contributing to strategic planning, commercial decision-making and future business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing ambitious global commercial growth strategies
  • Owning and exceeding annual revenue and profitability targets
  • Identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities internationally
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, brand partners and key stakeholders
  • Leading complex tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Managing global sales pipelines and forecasting future performance
  • Working closely with brand, design and operational teams to create compelling customer solutions
  • Managing commercial budgets, planning and reporting
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
  • Presenting commercial strategy and performance updates to senior leadership and board stakeholders
  • Contributing to wider business planning and strategic initiatives

About You:

You may currently be working within consumer products, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, retail partnerships, branded consumer goods, licensing, premium products, customer experience, brand partnerships or another commercially sophisticated B2B environment. What matters most is your ability to drive growth, build relationships and lead commercially.

  • A proven track record of delivering and exceeding ambitious commercial targets
  • Experience leading complex B2B sales processes and high-value commercial opportunities
  • Strong leadership credentials with experience developing successful teams
  • Experience managing tenders, proposals and strategic customer relationships
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking
  • Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience working with premium products, customer experience solutions or brand-led propositions would be highly advantageous
  • Exposure to lifestyle, hospitality, travel, retail, consumer goods or premium brand environments would be beneficial but is not essential
  • The ambition and capability to grow into broader business leadership responsibilities over time
