Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of customer‑facing experience
  • At least two years in a commercial IT support or projects role
  • Degree or relevant technical qualification is preferred
  • Recent Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • Strong technical ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Background in technology, especially IT systems
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Genuine passion for IT and technology
  • Five or more GCSEs, including English
  • Smart, professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site support at client locations across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West London
  • Engage in in‑house and remote project work from our Windsor head office
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Support a variety of modern technologies, including cyber security and cloud migrations
  • Manage infrastructure projects and day‑to‑day IT support operations
  • Diagnose and build PC and laptop hardware
  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Share Point
  • Maintain networking systems, including firewalls and VPNs
  • Configure mobile device management with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
