We are currently recruiting for a formidable Sales Development Executive to grow our existing client base and uplift spend with key clients. With your enthusiasm, charm and dedication for customer success you will grow revenue sustainably whilst helping the business to achieve its Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals., We are now seeking a driven Sales Development Exec with your main focus being winning new business within the UK. You will possess a proven track record of solution selling, and quota achievement. Supported by our Head of Sales you will be responsible for leading sales efforts within your assigned target market to identify, qualify, develop and close new customers.
You will also be given a group of select accounts within which we believe there is room for considerable growth. You will drive direct sales campaigns and leverage existing partners and alliances as required. You will become an essential part of our sales force with the opportunity to help shape the growth of our business.

Experience selling business system solutions with a demonstrable track record of achievement

Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets

Expertise in solution-based selling, tailoring solutions to meet the specific challenges and needs of potential clients

Passionate about solving business problems and using technology effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Attention to detail, proactive in capturing and recording customer info

Able to draught compelling proposals that reflect the client expectations
