We are seeking:
Due to continued expansion, opportunities exist for full-time Experienced Residential Conveyancer / New Build Conveyancer / Property Solicitor / Legal Executives to join us working from our Bicester and Milton Keynes offices.
We offer a starting salary of £40-45k depending on qualification and experience plus performance related bonus following successful probation. Additional benefits include WPA healthcare, birthday day off, Christmas closure as well as opportunities for continued professional development.

Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will:
Independently manage a conveyancing caseload with a high degree of diligence and care
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly AML legislation
Utilise modern case management systems to optimise efficiency and service delivery
Participate actively in professional development events, conferences, and client meetings
Contribute to the expansion of our introducer network and commercial partnerships
Understand and apply the firms billing protocols, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency
Act as an ambassador for Evolve Law, upholding our culture, vision, and values at all times
Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and shared learning opportunities
