Position Overview
Private Client Solicitor – full time, permanent (35 hours per week) based in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds. 3 days in one of our offices, with the option to work from home or a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
- Draft complex wills, create and administer trusts, and manage estate planning and Court of Protection matters.
- Deliver excellent client assistance and advisory services, maintaining high client care standards.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years of post‑qualifying experience.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a real people‑person attitude.
- Positive, optimistic, and hardworking with a can‑do approach.
- Comfortable with new technologies (STEP qualification desirable, support provided).
- Professional appearance and behaviour, respecting confidentiality.
