This Role

Below are the expectations and responsibilities for the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and launch advanced sales funnels in HubSpot and high‑converting landing pages.
• Map out the entire customer journey and eliminate drop‑off points where leads go cold.
• Develop behaviour‑based automation, including intelligent nurture sequences and branching logic based on intent.
• Implement dynamic personalisation with RightMessage so every prospect sees a highly personalised offer based on their specific behaviour.
• Integrate HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor and RightMessage into one seamless, high‑performing ecosystem.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflow, set up copy variations and test smarter routing logic.

Required Experience

• Deep fluency with HubSpot (workflows, sequences, pipeline management, reporting).
• Experience with RightMessage or other personalisation tools, mapping visitor behaviour to dynamic content.
• Comfortable building and adjusting landing pages in WordPress and Elementor without developer assistance.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, buyer psychology and funnel architecture.
• Realise use of AI tools within a marketing context as accelerants, not novelties.
• Experience wiring platforms together cleanly for system integration.

This Role Is Not for You If

• You have only built simple email sequences.
• You need every line of copy written for you before you can build.
• You primarily advise rather than build.
• You are not comfortable owning technical and structural decisions inside a funnel.
