Tewinbury Group, a family-run hospitality business rooted in Hertfordshire, seeks an experienced Head of Finance & Commercial. You will lead the group’s finance function, partner with the leadership team, and drive commercial insight across hotels, venues and the farming operation.
The role is site-based, with a 40-hour week, salary DOE and a c.15% profit-based bonus. You’ll work closely with restaurant and event teams to improve profitability and optimise financial controls across the portfolio.
