We're looking for an exceptionally organised, commercially aware Strategic Projects & Operations Manager to become the trusted operational right hand to the founder of an established and growing business group.
This isn't a role for someone who simply enjoys coming up with ideas.
It's for someone who loves creating order, driving accountability and making things happen.

About the Business

The business is looking to improve processes, embrace technology, develop new services and deliver commercially valuable projects.
Working closely with the founder and a small team, you'll turn ideas into practical delivery plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects progress efficiently from concept to completion.
