Working directly with an established founder/entrepreneur alongside a small team, you’ll take new commercial ideas and turn them into structured, executable projects with a clear route to market.
That could mean launching a new service, entering a new market, implementing new technology or helping establish an entirely new business.
You won’t always be handed a perfect brief or finished project plan. You’ll be trusted to figure things out, build the plan, find the right people, solve problems and get things moving.
The founder brings the vision. You bring the traction.

£50,000 – £80,000 Based on expertise and previous success
