Helping people build their future | The worlds #1 Travel Franchise. Some growth roles are about optimising the same two or three channels. This isn't one of them. We're looking for a commercially curious Lead Generation Manager who knows how to get out there, build relationships and uncover new opportunities to connect ambitious people who want to take control of their future with their own travel franchise. At The Travel Franchise, we already generate strong inbound demand and have an experienced sales team ready to convert opportunities. Your role is to keep finding new places for those opportunities to come from.
The Role at a Glance:
- Lead Generation Manager
- UK-Based | Remote / Hybrid | Bournemouth Preferred
- Competitive Salary DOE + Bonus
- Permanent | Full Time
- Sector: Travel | Franchising | Entrepreneurship
Your Background / Skills:
- Franchise Development
- Franchise Growth
- Partnerships
- Business Development
- New Business
- Lead Generation
- Audience Development
- Commercial Growth
- Relationship Building
Who We Are:
The Travel Franchise gives people the opportunity to build their own travel businesses, with the training, technology, community and support to help them succeed. We've built one of the world's leading travel franchise businesses and have been recognised as Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World two years running. As we continue to grow, we want to go beyond the opportunities already coming to us and uncover new audiences, relationships and routes to future franchisees. That's where you come in.
The Opportunity:
This is a growth role for someone who naturally asks: “Where else could the next opportunity come from?” That could mean identifying new partnership opportunities, developing referral relationships, opening conversations with relevant organisations or communities, testing new audiences or finding smarter ways to reach people considering entrepreneurship and business ownership. We want someone who is prepared to put themselves out there, start conversations, test ideas and turn promising opportunities into scalable sources of growth.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
- Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate new opportunities.
- Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
- Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead-generation relationships.
- Explore new channels and test ideas rather than relying solely on established sources of demand.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, conversion and where the strongest opportunities are coming from.
About You:
You don't wait for leads to arrive or limit yourself to a single channel. You enjoy meeting people, opening doors and exploring different ways to generate commercial growth. You'll likely bring:
- Experience within franchising would be a strong advantage, particularly across franchise growth, but we're equally interested in strong business development and partnerships professionals with a track record of creating new opportunities.
- Broad commercial growth experience spanning areas such as partnerships, new business development, lead generation and audience development.
- A track record of proactively finding and creating new opportunities rather than relying predominantly on inbound demand.
- Experience developing relationships or partnerships that have generated measurable commercial opportunities.
- Evidence of working across multiple routes or channels to market, rather than specialising predominantly in one acquisition channel.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
What This Role Isn't:
This isn't a traditional performance marketing or single-channel lead-generation role. If your experience has predominantly involved managing one or two acquisition channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns or paid media, this is unlikely to be the right opportunity. Equally, this isn't purely a franchise sales role. You'll work closely with an experienced sales team who take qualified opportunities through the franchise sales process. Your strength is creating the opportunity in the first place. Finding the audience. Building the relationship. Opening the door.
Why Join The Travel Franchise?
You'll join an ambitious, award-winning franchise business with a proven proposition, strong existing demand and significant appetite for further growth. You'll be encouraged to explore ideas, build relationships and create new routes to market rather than simply maintaining an established lead-generation programme. You'll have the freedom to explore new ideas, work directly with decision makers and see the commercial impact of your work.
- Benefits: Discounted travel, private medical insurance, life insurance, Perkbox, learning and development budget and excellent opportunities for career progression.
- Culture: Supportive, collaborative and built around our "Freedom & Responsibility" philosophy. We trust people to do great work and focus on outcomes rather than hours.
