RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a a global leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, who are looking to recruita Training Coordinator,to be based in Calgary Canada.
As a Training Coordinator, where youll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for company-wide technical training requirements.

As theTraining Coordinator, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Daily management of Training Program in support of achieving site, customer and/or production goals
- Primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external customers regarding training requirements
- Liaise with internal customers, local universities, and regulatory agencies as needed. (Other agencies and customers as required)
- Implement and manage program specific training plans throughout all phases of performance for assigned program
- Participate in company internal/external audits and support customer audits as required to support quality management system goals
- Develop, implement and coordinate corrective actions as needed with responsible departments on performance metrics including training effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Requirements
To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills:
- University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent amount of work experience in related fields
- 1-3 years of experience working within an EASA, TCCA, FAA, or equivalent Certificated 145 Repair Station or similar manufacturing environment
- Practical experience and/or understanding of AS9100 and AS9110 Standards and how they apply to a QMS
- Fluency in English language
- Familiar with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate foreign aviation authority requirements and communicate with Civil Aviation Authorities in pursuit of achieving and maintaining 145 Repair Station certifications
- Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
