Your Role:
As Technical Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the site, leading the production and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will ensure efficient production processes, technical integrity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational and technical aspects of the packaging facility
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets
