RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a global leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, who are looking to recruit a Senior Engine Mechanic to be based in Calgary, Canada. Step into a role where your skills make a real impact!

Tasks:
  • Maintain, service and repair engines (professionally and on time) within the scope of the qualifications/authorisations provided for this purpose (hands-on mechanical tasks) in shop as well as on wing and on-site.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Detect errors and correct through proper departmental changes.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • College degree/vocational training required.
  • Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • 3 years of aircraft jet engine mechanic experience required.
  • Fluency in English language required.
  • German and French language desirable.
  • CFM 56-7B, LEAP-1B desirable.
  • MS Office as user.
