RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a business that offers corporate hospitality packages tailored to every taste and preference, from the electric atmosphere of VIP Hospitality on this year's Oasis Live 25 tour to Wimbledon, the Monaco Grand Prix, and more! Our packages allow business owners the opportunity to entertain their high-value clients and staff at memorable events. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executives to join the team in our Glasgow Sales Office.

The Role

Outbound business-to-business sales executive role selling corporate hospitality packages for sporting occasions such as Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, The British Grand Prix, The Premier League, and many more. In this position, you would work from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Monday off. You will receive all the training, leads, and support you require to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Cold-calling Managing Directors of businesses to secure new clients.
  • Maintaining a high contact rate on a daily basis.
  • Identifying and securing new customers.
  • Sourcing new business leads to contribute to your sales target.
  • Building your network of new business prospects and accounts.
  • Building and developing relationships with your clients ensuring the highest level of service and repeat business.
  • Attending events throughout the year to strengthen client relationships.
  • Securing referrals from prospects and clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience, including influencing, questioning, listening, understanding, objection handling, and closing.
  • CRM experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic with the burning desire to succeed.
  • Accountability ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Confidence and an outgoing nature.
  • Positive outlook.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Self-starter approach and be willing to take the initiative.
  • Confidence working under pressure to complete tasks to deadlines.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
