RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a well known retailer who are looking to recruit a Flooring Manager.
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for flooring? We are currently looking for a Flooring Manager to lead our dedicated team and help create exceptional customer experiences in our Edinburgh store.
About the Role
As Flooring Manager, youll:
- Lead and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales targets and deliver expert flooring advice
- Collaborate across the store to drive success and ensure customers receive outstanding service
- Share your in-depth flooring product knowledge and hands-on expertise daily
- Build strong customer relationships and support your teams development
Who Were Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales
- Flooring Expertise: Strong knowledge of flooring products and accessories
- Sales-Driven: A passion for hitting targets and motivating your team to do the same
- Effective Communication: Confident with numbers, persuasive negotiator, and clear communicator
- People Person: Natural at building relationships with both customers and colleagues
