RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a well known retailer who are looking to recruit a Flooring Manager. Are you a motivated leader with a passion for flooring? We are currently looking for a Flooring Manager to lead our dedicated team and help create exceptional customer experiences in our Edinburgh store. About the Role As Flooring Manager, youll: Lead and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales targets and deliver expert flooring advice Collaborate across the store to drive success and ensure customers receive outstanding service Share your in-depth flooring product knowledge and hands-on expertise daily Build strong customer relationships and support your teams development Who Were Looking For: Leadership Experience: Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales Flooring Expertise: Strong knowledge of flooring products and accessories Sales-Driven: Confident with numbers, persuasive negotiator, and clear communicator People Person: Natural at building relationships with both customers and colleagues About us: We\’ve been a family-focused business dedicated to helping generations create homes they love.
