RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a manufacturing business that specialise in blending animal feed. The business are currently recruiting for a practical, reliable and hands-on Mill Operative Lead to join their existing team.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
- Feed milling
- Agricultural operations
- Production/manufacturing
- Grain handling
- Plant operations
- Industrial processing
The successful candidate will help oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed is manufactured safely and to specification, support production scheduling, and act as key site contact when the Site Manager is unavailable.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating and overseeing blending activities
- Supporting production and raw material scheduling
- Ensuring quality and UFAS standards are maintained
- Sampling and stock control
- Supporting maintenance and housekeeping
- Working closely with drivers, customers and site staff
