This is a dynamic, sales-driven, and target-oriented role, ideal for an ambitious individual who is looking for a new opportunity with growth and rewards.
About Us: We are a rapidly expanding health and safety training provider known for delivering high-quality courses and excellent service. We provide accredited training tailored to our customers and pride ourselves on our outstanding support. We are part of a leading asset management and maintenance solutions provider across the UK and Ireland.
The role:
- Identify training needs and provide accurate quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients
- Communicate regularly with customers booking health & safety training
- Upsell training courses with a focus on generating new business
- Use our CRM system to log customer interactions and manage training bookings
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Demonstrable experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload
- Ability to engage with customers and have excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop with the business
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Location: Irvine, Scotland
Salary: £27,633 Commission (OTE £30,000) pro rata for part time hours.
Hours: Monday Friday, office based. This role is ideal for candidates seeking full or part-time hours and we can offer flexibility to work your preferred days of the week between Monday -Friday and start time between 8.00am or 9.00am.
