With a strong reputation for expertise and customer service, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to strengthen our commercial team.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through proactive sales activity, brand promotion and customer engagement. This is a varied role combining relationship-based sales with hands-on marketing activity, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Promote our products and services through targeted sales activity
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns (digital, print and events)
  • Manage enquiries and prepare quotations, proposals and follow-ups
  • Represent our business professionally at customer meetings, trade events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and market presence
About You:
  • Proven experience in a sales, marketing or commercial role (automotive or technical sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
  • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
