RECRUITMENTiQ is working alongside a business within the property sector to assist in their search for a Front of House Property Sales Advisor based in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front of House Property Sales Advisor to develop their career, in a professional and rewarding environment, and join an established Residential Property team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and new enquiries, helping to convert interest into instructions, supporting the Estate Agency team with day-to-day sales activity, and ensuring a consistently high standard of client care throughout the sales journey. DUTIES to ensure all incoming enquiries are handled courteously and efficiently, capturing key information, booking appointments/viewings where appropriate, and directing matters to the relevant Partner or team member for follow-up; to provide administrative and coordination support to the Residential team as required (including maintaining records, supporting marketing activity and ensuring the front-of-house area remains welcoming and professional). Person Specification The ideal candidate will have an interest in and knowledge of the local property market and have experience of working in a similar role within a property services environment.
