Field Sales Representative

RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with a business who are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Field Sales Representative to join a leading Ultrafast Full-Fibre Broadband provider expanding across the Highlands.With full training, excellent earning potential, and the support of a dedicated Area Manager, this is your chance to launch or elevate your career in a fast-growing sector.

• £25,000 Basic Salary
• £20,800 Commission (OTE) – uncapped earning potential
• £4,200 Annual Car Allowance + 20p per mile fuel allowance

What youll be doing as a Sales Representative (Door to Door)

• Engaging with local residents door-to-door to promote affordable, ultrafast broadband solutions
• Attending community events and local sales stands to build awareness
• Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing sales confidently
• Gathering and recording accurate customer information with attention to detail
• Recommending new sales opportunities through local knowledge and community activity

About you

• Passion for sales and achieving targets – door-to-door experience is ideal but not essential
• Friendly, positive, and resilient with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer focus and a proactive attitude
• Full, clean UK driving licence and own car are essential
• Experience in door-to-door sales, energy/utilities, fundraising or field sales would be an advantage.

Working hours

• 5 days per week
• Monday to Friday 10am6pm or 12pm8pm during summer months
• Option for Saturday shifts

• North Highlands – Alness Region / Highlands North / Black Isle / Inverness (2 positions)
• Highlands South – Cairngorms / Speyside / The Great Glen (1 position)
