RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a long-established, highly respected operator of shore excursions across the UK & Ireland, Scandinavia, Asia and Africa. We work directly with major cruise lines to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and our reputation is built on quality, reliability, and a team who take pride in going above and beyond. We are now looking for a proactive, organised and relationship-driven Shore Excursion Manager to join our dedicated UK & Ireland Shore Excursions Management team. What You’ll Do
- Manage key cruise line accounts and nurture strong professional relationships both onboard and ashore.
- Prepare and coordinate all contracted services, including shore excursions and ground handling.
- Support the creation of bids and RFPs, contribute to new tour development, and assist with pricing negotiations.
- Make and maintain supplier bookings, resolving queries and ensuring accurate system entries.
- Complete post-call administration, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct pier-side checks to ensure quality delivery and represent the company during client visits and FAM trips.
- Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships, including negotiating competitive rates.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as required to support smooth business operations.
