The firm prides itself on offering a personal, client-centred approach, supporting individuals and businesses across a wide range of legal matters including conveyancing, family law, wills and estates.

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
  • Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title
  • Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities
  • Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland
  • Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures
  • Relevant legal qualification (e.g. Paralegal Certification or Law Degree)
  • Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
