We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title
- Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities
- Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents
- Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations
- Maintain accurate records using case management systems
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland
- Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Relevant legal qualification (e.g. Paralegal Certification or Law Degree)
- Experience using case management systems such as Denovo
- Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
