Brand new opening for a B2B Marketing Coordinator to join an excellent team with a well-established luxury fashion brand. Based full time, on site, at their Sheffield head-office. Here, you will support the delivery of trade marketing activity across our wholesale, retail, and distributor network. Working closely with the Brand Managers, helping bridge brand and commercial priorities, ensuring retail partners are equipped with high-quality tools, campaigns, and materials that support sell-in, sell-through, and strong in-store execution. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for a high level of coordinating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of the annual B2B marketing calendar aligned to seasonal launches and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of trade marketing toolkits including linesheets, presenters, launch packs, campaign assets, product training materials and ready-to-use digital assets.
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to adapt consumer campaigns for wholesale and retail audiences.
  • Present seasonal campaigns and marketing activity at sales meetings and conferences.
  • Track and report on trade marketing activity and performance to support future planning.
  • Work with Brand Managers to develop and offer meaningful, commercially effective POS solutions to our retailers.
