About the Role
We’re working with a firm who are looking for an experienced Head of Wills and Probate to lead a focused department dealing with Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration. Based in their Manchester office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who is confident in handling this area of law and wants to take the next step by building and leading their own team. This role combines fee-earning work with team development, giving you the autonomy to set up and shape a growing department while continuing to deliver high-quality client service.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Wills and Probate

- Comfortable taking initiative and building something from the ground up
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is a plus, but not essential
