About the Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Format CVs to a professional standard and prepare candidate profiles
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools
- Assist the Consultants with coordinating interviews, candidate feedback, and offer processes
- Support consultants with admin tasks and candidate care
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills and career goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment company (agency background preferred)
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail, particularly when formatting documents and posting content
- Some knowledge of or interest in the financial services sector is highly advantageous
