A well-established independent financial advisory and investment management firm is seeking a New Business Administrator to join its city-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support advisers in delivering a high-quality, bespoke service to private and corporate clients. You will play a key role in processing and managing new business, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across all client activities, while gaining exposure to investment products and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare new business applications
  • Obtain quotations and manage workflows (XPlan)
  • Prepare KYC and fee disclosure documentation
  • Check and issue contract notes
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with advisers, clients and providers to resolve queries
  • Prepare client meeting packs
  • Assist with investment and product analysis
  • Support advisers with research and reporting
  • Set up and manage workflows for new business

Requirements
