Financial Services Administrator Vacancy – £27,000 – Manchester  A leading financial advisers in Manchester are seeking a seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Services Administrator  who has working experience with financial products including ISA, Bond, Trust, SIPP, GIA etc. You’ll join an experienced team, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to get the support and development you’ll need to further your career in this industry.  Key Responsibilities: Issue and chase letters of authority in a timely manner Collate information from product providers regarding clients’ existing arrangements Obtain pre-sale documentation, including quotations, for clients Prepare and manage execution-only letters Create and prepare comprehensive valuation reports Conduct adviser fee and cash balance checks Support quarterly managed portfolio rebalances and perform follow-up checks Verify fund switches and ensure accuracy Handle death claims and surrenders with sensitivity and efficiency Provide general administration support and assist with office duties Maintain and update the client database regularly to ensure accuracy Ensure all activities adhere to the FCA’s Conduct Rules and regulatory requirements Benefits & Additional Info  Great opportunity to build a career within the Financ…
