Generate pipelines through personalised, data-driven prospecting and content-led outreach. Use LinkedIn, email sequencing and cold calling to engage Marketing and Sales leaders and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives. Successful candidate will need to be able to work UK hours.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two to five years’ experience in an SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales role.
- Comfortable using cold calling as an active pipeline-generation tool.
- Experience conducting multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn and telephone.
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience prospecting Marketing leaders, including CMOs, VPs of Marketing and Demand Generation leaders, and/or Sales and Revenue leaders.
- Exposure to Martech or a related SaaS market is advantageous.
- Familiarity with structured outbound methodologies and data-driven prospecting.
- Experience with Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with contact lists, applying filters and using data to prioritise outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Chili Piper, Notion, Google Workspace, Gemini and Slack is advantageous.
- High-energy, articulate and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Coachable and curious, with a willingness to test new approaches, accept feedback and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated, organised and accountable for personal activity and results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete leaderboard-led outbound sales process.
- Source contacts and conduct LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing and follow-ups across assigned industry leaderboards.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify ideal customer profile contacts at target companies.
- Build and manage named contact lists for outbound campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach across personal and alias accounts using multiple Chrome profiles.
- Tag companies in leaderboard posts, send connection requests and follow up with personalised messages.
- Conduct parallel email outreach through Lemlist.
- Use personalised information, including leaderboard rankings and company activity data, to create relevant and targeted sequences.
- Cold-call prospects as part of a coordinated multichannel outreach strategy.
- Follow up with hot leads through email and LinkedIn within one hour of a leaderboard download.
- Respond promptly to LinkedIn messages, emails and comments.
- Book Data Discovery and Competitor Analysis calls for Account Executives using Chili Piper.
- Manage several industry leaderboards simultaneously and determine when new leaderboards should be introduced.
- Maintain accurate activity and meeting records in the SDR Tracker, as accuracy directly affects commission.
- Develop personalised, conversational messages that demonstrate relevance, appropriate tone and personality.
- Use Notion resources for messaging templates, objection handling, ideal customer profile guides and training content.
- Use Google Workspace and Gemini for productivity and AI-assisted writing.
- Monitor Slack for team communication and hot-lead notifications.
