Senior Policy Adviser, Data in London

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re currently supporting an established and growing organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist / HR Officer / HR Advisor who enjoys a varied role and who can take ownership of a broad remit. Working closely with managers and employees, you’ll provide hands-on HR support across a broad range of areas, including: Employee Relations End-to-end Recruitment Payroll support HR Administration Training & Development HR Reporting & Data Analysis HR Process Improvement With locations across the UK, you will be required to travel to site to assist in inductions, disciplinaries and termination of contracts. HR professionals who have: ~5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role ~ Strong Employee Relations experience, including complex cases ~ Experience managing end-to-end recruitment ~ Practical payroll administration experience ~ High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships ~ Experience with HR systems and reporting ~ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience with training and development and or working within a multi-site or international organisation would also be advantageous. This is a genuinely varied HR position offering the opportunity to work across the full HR lifecycle rather than being focused on just one area. Monday to Friday with one day home working.
