Our client seeks a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in influencer marketing to develop and execute impactful campaigns that partner with relevant influencers, drive brand awareness, engagement, and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) who align with the brand and target audience.
  • Develop creative influencer marketing campaigns that leverage different influencer content formats (e.g., sponsored posts, product reviews, social media takeovers).
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to ensure campaign objectives are met and content resonates with the target audience.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
  • Stay current on the latest influencer marketing trends and platforms to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Report on campaign results and provide insights to optimize future influencer marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
