We’re currently supporting an established and growing organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist / HR Officer / HR Advisor who enjoys a varied role and who can take ownership of a broad remit.
The Opportunity
Working closely with managers and employees, you’ll provide hands-on HR support across a broad range of areas, including:
- Employee Relations
- End-to-end Recruitment
- Payroll support
- HR Administration
- Employment Law & Compliance
- Training & Development
- HR Reporting & Data Analysis
- HR Process Improvement
You’ll be joining an established business with an international presence, a strong reputation in its sector and a genuine commitment to its people. With locations across the UK, you will be required to travel to site to assist in inductions, disciplinaries and termination of contracts.
We're Looking For
HR professionals who have:
- 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong Employee Relations experience, including complex cases
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Practical payroll administration experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with HR systems and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience with training and development and or working within a multi-site or international organisation would also be advantageous.

Location: London Zone 1
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with one day home working.
